What happened to the simplicity of enjoying the aesthetics of life, existence, of being in the world? "The individual who is not anchored in God, cannot offer onto his own resources to the physical and moral blandishments of the world" (Carl Gustav Jung, 1959). Jung, what a man who stood his ground and made a salient departure from the theoretical underpinnings of Sigmund Freud! Clincher statement of rhetorical nature... Have you allowed history, religion, & culture to seep into your life and allow yourself to become a fully individuated self/soul?
